What is a micro wedding, and how is it different from an elopement?

A micro wedding is an intimate ceremony with a small guest list — usually under 50 people — that still includes traditional elements like vows, a first look, and a reception toast. An elopement is typically just the two of you (or a handful of witnesses), often in a remote or scenic location like the North Cascades or San Juan Islands. Both are about choosing intimacy over spectacle.

Where do you photograph weddings and elopements?

I'm based in Snohomish, WA, and photograph throughout the Pacific Northwest — Seattle, the North Cascades, San Juan Islands, and Mt. Rainier — as well as destination elopements in Sedona, Arizona and Hawaii.

How much do micro wedding and elopement packages cost?

Collections start at $2,200 for midweek dates. Full packages range based on coverage hours, travel, and add-ons like a second shooter or engagement session. Reach out for current pricing and availability for your date.

Do you offer a military or veteran discount?

How long until we receive our photos?

Galleries are delivered through Pixieset your online gallery. Turnaround time depends on season and package, but I'll give you a clear delivery date when we book.

Do you photograph at Washington State Parks or other permitted locations?

Yes — for elopements on state or national park land, a film permit may be required depending on group size and location. I can help you understand what's needed for your specific site.

Can we do a first look, or do you only photograph traditional ceremonies?

Whatever fits your day. I document real moments as they happen — whether that's a traditional ceremony structure or something entirely your own.
